Should the weather not be in your favour, we have two equally beautiful ceremony spaces indoors. Your dedicated event manager will discuss these options with you to ensure a smooth day.

SOUTH ASIAN WEDDINGS & CELEBRATIONS

It has been our pleasure to create an atmosphere at Royal Ashburn Golf Club where ethnic celebrations can take place so that our guests may honour the many beautiful traditions of their culture.

While all weddings are a celebration of love and unity, our South Asian wedding celebrations aren’t the typical I DO’s. We’ve witnessed Mehndi ceremonies with gorgeous displays of breathtaking sari’s and custom wedding attire. Mandap with décor suited for royalty and dance numbers that leave you wanting more! We definitely want more! More birthday parties, more bridal showers, more weddings more to celebrate! Royal Ashburn Golf Club offers a wide array of settings from intimate and breathtaking to grand and spectacular. Our event spaces can comfortably seat up to 240 guests and as intimate as 30.

From the moment you pull into the parking lot, you are charmed with the beauty of our facility. Enter into the foyer and you are welcomed warmly by the fireplace and regal decor. Before embarking on the tour, one of our professional Event Managers will greet you to discuss your vision for your special day .

Compton Room

Completely devoted to entertaining, The Compton Room on the upper level features an adjacent sundeck, glassed-in terrace and walk-out patio all providing a spectacular view of the golf course. With seating for up to 240 guests, The Compton Room is a must see for any bride and groom-to-be.

Ashburn Room

On the main level, The Ashburn Room can comfortably seat 160 guests. The sweeping banks of French doors lead you to the solarium where the large fireplace and the view from the windows makes this room the perfect place to host your pre-dinner reception. Relax in the privacy of the terrace where your guests can enjoy the garden and the golf course views.

Butler's Room

Today, many brides and grooms-to-be desire a more casual wedding with close friends and family members in attendance. Our Dining Room offers seating for up to 60 guests; a perfect atmosphere for any couple with a more intimate wedding in mind! This room is available from November thru March.

THE CEREMONY

For over four decades, Royal Ashburn Golf Club has provided a magnificent backdrop for a lifetime of wedding memories. While traditions and styles have changed over the many years, our commitment to quality and attention to detail remains at the forefront.

BOOK A REHEARSAL

A rehearsal is a very important part of making your wedding day run smoothly and can help relieve any stage fright. Our event coordinator will assist with the run through of the day for the rehearsal, ensuring everyone is comfortable with the plan. This is a great opportunity to make sure all questions, concerns and last minute changes are addressed, which is our area of specialty. A rehearsal dinner is also optional and can be considered for some fun, drinks and a delicious meal in our on site restaurant. It’s a great opportunity for people and family to get acquainted with the wedding party if they have not yet had an opportunity to do so. Ask our events team about rehearsals and rehearsal dinners.

Cedars Garden

A very intimate ceremony nestled in a grove of trees. The tranquility and beauty of nature offer a wonderful feeling of romance.

Woodland Garden

Follow the winding path that leads up to a gorgeous chapel-like gazebo. This ceremony site is surrounded by elegant gardens and natural forestry.

Ashburn Sunroom

The sunroom adjacent to The Ashburn Room can also house wedding ceremonies. Share your vows with your guests in front of our large elegant fireplace.

Compton Sunroom

Adjacent to The Compton Room, our glassed-in terrace and sun deck have hosted many intimate wedding ceremonies. The brilliant surroundings offer you a breathtaking view of the lush golf course and landscaped gardens.

We got married Oct 21 2022 at the Royal Ashburn and it was fantastic! What a day! We were fortunate enough to get in there the night before and decorate the room. Huge stress off for the big day. Our wedding co-ordinator Lindsey Stevens was amazing. We could not have pulled it off without her! She was so pleasant and professional and PATIENT answering my 50 million emails. Everything went exactly as planned. Gorgeous day! Delicious food! Everyone raved about it! Full disclosure, I am not a planner, which is one of the many reasons I chose the Ashburn! All of our vendors were off their preferred list and each one was ideal. They'd all worked together loads and allowed me to relax and focus on getting married. Ceremony and Event space all in one and MY GOODNESS the amount of gorgeous locations for photos. We have the most beautiful fall photos we will cherish for years to come. Thank You guys!!!!

We recently got married at the Royal Ashburn in October 29th and it was perfect. Everything ran so smoothly and they coordinated so well with every one of our vendors to make sure our day went smoothly. Our coordinator Sowmya was a blessing. She was responsive and kept us in the loop personally throughout the day and stayed to ensure the reception was a smooth transition (and it was her birthday!). We can’t say enough about the venue itself. It was beautiful! They had the perfect spots for pictures, there was a cute little pond and dock, as well as a swing that they took us too. It was a dream. Highly recommend!

We just had our wedding at Royal Ashburn, and it was beyond amazing! The staff are great to deal with our evening was seamless , they were very professional and detailed. Our wedding coordinator Sowmya was so lovely to deal with. She answered in a timely manner and was always available to help as well she is very organized and has great customer service. I felt as if she was a part of our friends and family. I would highly recommend to hold your wedding at this venue.
