It’s Been a Great Golf Season at Royal Ashburn

Off

We always have lots of great golf events, promotions, and tournaments, but so far this year it’s been particularly busy, and we’ve had a few events that we’ve never seen before.

What we’ve been doing so far in 2018.

The Royal Ashburn Fitting Centre Opens

We were very pleased to officially launch the Royal Ashburn Fitting Centre early on the season. This brand-agnostic facility specializes in fitting your Titleist, Callaway, Ping, and TaylorMade clubs. If you have an investment in your clubs, or you plan to make one, a club fitting is the best way to make that investment pay off big time.

Whitby Sports Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony

It was a bit of hockey at the golf club on April 28th. As the Whitby Sports Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony took places here at Royal Ashburn. This year’s inductees included renowned hockey broadcaster Bob McKenzie, former Toronto Maple Leaf Jay Harrison, and former captain of the Whitby Dunlops, Peter MacKellar.

Epilepsy Durham Region’s 4th Annual Epic Golf Challenge

On May 10th, 40 golfers took to the course to play 27 holes. To not only see who was the best golfer but to raise over $100,000 for Epilepsy Durham Region.

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

In order, they are “All You Can Eat Pasta Day”; ‘Wing Day’, and ‘Half-Price Appetizers Day” all summer long at Butler’s Pub & Grill.

Flip the Chip™ Fore the Cure Program

To help raise funds for The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, Royal Ashburn has partnered with Flip the Chip™ Fore the Cure. For $5.00, you get a Flip the Chip ball marker, a course guide with discount offers, and a chance to win a 2018 Mazda 6 or a round of golf. How cool is that?! The program runs until September 9th.

We’ve enjoyed hosting all the events so far this golf season at Royal Ashburn. All that’s left is for you to create your own ‘event’ by booking a tee time.
